The Keystone Centre Technical Package contains general and technical information about the Centre’s facilities and event spaces, parking, loading, convention and trade show services, and amenities. The package is intended for use by event planners and organizers, as well as personnel setting up events within the Keystone Centre’s facilities. Also see our Promoter Guide.

Loading Door
Multiple loading doors are available based on the location of your event. Contact Sales or Event Manager for loading door use.
Parking and Delivery Access
Access to the loading door and parking needs to be arranged with the Sales Manager.

FROM WINNIPEG, MB: Head west to the Trans-Canada Highway / Manitoba Hwy 1. At Brandon, turn left onto Highway Highway 110 South, then turn right onto Richmond Avenue East. Turn right onto Manitoba Highway 10 North (18th Street), and the Keystone Centre will be on your right.
FROM REGINA, SK: Head east to the Trans-Canada Hwy / Saskatchewan Hwy 1 then to Manitoba Hwy 1. At Brandon, turn right onto Manitoba Highway 10 South (18th Street). The Keystone Centre will be on your left at the south end of the city.
FROM MINNEAPOLIS, MN (approx. 9 hour drive time): Follow I-94 West. Take exist 349B to merge onto I-29 North/US-81 North towards Grand Forks. Continue straight on MB Highway 75 North. Keep left to continue on Lord Selkirk Highway 75 North. Turn left onto Boyne Avenue West/Manitoba Highway 23 West. Turn right onto Provincial Trunk Highway 34 North (signs for Manitoba Highway 34 / Holland). Turn left onto Manitoba Highway 2 West (signs for Souris). Turn right onto Manitoba Highway 10 North / Manitoba Highway 2 West (signs for Brandon). Continue north into the city. Keystone Centre will be on your right.
FROM MINOT, ND (approx. 3 hour drive time): Head north on US-83. Turn right onto ND-5 East / US-83 North. Continue straight on ND-5 East. Turn left onto ND-14 North. Continue on Manitoba Highway 21 North. Turn right onto Manitoba Highway 23 East (signs for Elgin). Turn left onto Manitoba Highway 10 North (signs for Brandon). Continue north into the city. Keystone Centre will be on your right.

Ring Workings
The Keystone Centre is a unionized building. All equipment will only be operated by authorized Keystone Centre employees.
Internet & Phones
The Keystone Centre has Wifi Internet throughout the building. A password will be provided to you during your event form the Ag Manager. If hardwired Internet and phone lines are required, these must be ordered 7 days in advance to avoid late fees. Please contact the Ag Manager for details.
Westoba Ag Centre Sound
House Sound System
The house sound system is able to provide a multitude of arrangements with barn paging and independent sound in each barn/ring. This extends to our Outdoor Show Ring as well. The system is made up of custom, full-range speakers and horns strategically placed around the arena and barns. Independent sound can be provided as required. Contact the Ag Manager for details.
Stalling & Steel
Hi Quall Stalls: 10′ x 10′ stalls with sliding door. Located in Barns 1, 2, 3, 4, and the Canada Room.
Stalls: 67 10′ x 10′ stalls with swinging doors. Located in the centre row in Barns 1, 2, 3, 5, with the ability to be set up in other event locations as required.
Heavy Horse Stalls: 5′ x 10′. Check with Ag Manager for availability.
Cattle Steel: 83 – 10′ x 10′ and 92 – 8′ x 10′
Blue Steel: 159 – 10′-panels
Range Panels: 7 – 29′
Camping
The Keystone Centre has 43 full-service onsite camping spots, as well as 32 sites equipped with electrical and water only. 29 additional campsites are available upon request. Additional charges apply for service.
