How do I book my next event at the Keystone Centre?

Is public walking permitted at the Keystone Centre?

No. The Keystone Centre is not open to the general public for the purpose of exercise.

Do you have onsite parking?

The Keystone Centre has more than 2,000 parking spaces on the east, south, and west sides of the building. 

Is Wifi available?

Yes! Thanks to Westman Communications Group, our facility has free Wifi for all guests. 

Is there a lost and found department?

If you lost an item, or are trying to reunite a item you’ve found with its owner, please visit our Lost and Found department which is located at the Keystone Centre’s Main Office on the Main Concourse.

How can I learn about upcoming events?

The best way to stay up to date about all of our upcoming events is to “go backstage” with our BACKSTAGE newsletter. You can sign up by entering your email address in the “Stay Updated” form located at the bottom of our site’s home page. Planning Your Event

How do I book my next event at the Keystone Centre?

Can we provide our own food and beverages for our event?

Centerplate is the exclusive onsite caterer for the Keystone Centre. You can learn more about their menu offerings by contacting our Sales Office.

I have a group of delegates who are gluten-free. Does your kitchen prepare separate meals for them?

Yes. Our kitchen is fully prepared to meet any dietary requirements. Let your event organizer know while planning of any special meal requirements you anticipate.

Is water included in my meeting room rental?

Yes. You have the option of having water placed on each table, or using a water station.

What many people can your meeting rooms accommodate?

The Keystone Centre’s meeting rooms can accommodate groups from 20 to 2,000, and our versatile spaces mean we have the perfect event space for any event.

What is included in a basic room rental?

Each meeting room rental includes space rental and setup, tables, chairs, a water station or water placed on the tables, and a stage with a podium and wired microphone.

What do you offer for decor in event spaces?

The Keystone Centre supplies tablecloths, cloth napkins, and table skirting. We also work closely with third-party decorators who can transform any of our meeting spaces to meet and exceed your expectations.

What are your service fees? What is your provincial tax? Are there any other fees I should be aware of?

All food orders are subject to an 18% service fee, in addition to a 7% provincial tax. There is also currently a cleaning fee implemented to assist with the increased costs due to COVID-19. All fees are clearly outlined during the booking process to ensure you’re never surprised!

What are exhibitor move-in/move-out times?

Move-in/move-out times are dependent on the event and space availability. Please contact your event organizer to make arrangements.

Buying Tickets and Attending Shows

Where can I buy tickets?

The only places to buy official Keystone Centre tickets are keystonecentre.com or ticketmaster.ca or by calling 204-726-3555. Check our Box Office hours here.

Are there any items I can't bring into the venue?

The venue reserves the right to conduct a search of all patrons in order to gain entry to the Keystone Centre. The following items are NOT permitted into the venue:

  • Cameras (some show policies may vary)
  • Professional cameras (some show policies may vary)
  • Audio or recording Devices
  • Glass bottles or cans
  • Cannabis products
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Electronic cigarettes and chewing tobacco
  • Any item that may be used as a weapon (including pocket knives)
  • Laser pointers and flashlights
  • Fireworks
  • Backpacks
  • Glow sticks
  • Inflatables (beach balls, balloons, etc.)
  • Projectiles
  • Signs or banners
  • Selfie sticks
What are the rules regarding cameras at events?

Professional cameras are prohibited at all Keystone Centre events, unless accompanied by appropriate facility media credentials. Video cameras and audio recorders are also prohibited unless specifically approved.

The Keystone Centre is not able to store prohibited items during the show, so all banned items will need to be taken back to vehicles or stored off site.

Still (non-professional), point-and-shoot cameras are allowed for certain events, but the use of a flash is prohibited. Still cameras should not have detachable lenses, and should fit into a standard shirt pocket.

Are there food and beverage concessions at events?

Food and beverage options are available at the Upper Level concessionaire and a selection of concession stands throughout the venue (some exceptions may apply). Food and beverage options may vary by event, and locations of concessions may change depending on the show.

My tickets for an upcoming show are "GA". What does this mean?

GA stands for “general admission”. This means that seating is not assigned or reserved, and in some cases indicates standing room only (i.e. no seats). For some shows, multiple rows of seats on the floor may be removed, creating a standing area in front of the stage that can be accessed by patrons with GA floor tickets. Any remaining seats on the floor are not reserved or assigned but may be used by GA floor patrons subject to availability.

Are group tickets available for purchase?

Are private suites available for events?

Private viewing suites may be available for events at the Keystone Centre. Ticket prices will vary for each event. For more information, please contact us.

What is your refund policy?
The Keystone Centre has a strict no refund or exchanges policy. Should an event be postponed or cancelled, refunds may become available. For more information about your tickets, contact our Box Office via e-mail at tickets@keystonecentre.com.
Will I be able to use a hard ticket or printed ticket? What if I don’t have a phone?

The Keystone Centre Box Office is committed to maintaining accessibility to events for all patrons. If you are unable to access a digital or mobile ticket, a printed ticket can be made available to you. We recommend that any customer interested in a printed ticket contact our Box Office prior to the day of the event to avoid long line-ups.

When should I arrive at the venue?

The Keystone Centre recommends that fans arrive at the venue with their tickets prepared to be scanned for entry no earlier than one hour prior to doors opening to the event.

May I leave the venue and come back?

The Keystone Centre has a no re-entry policy to ensure a high level of security at the venue. Once a fan leaves the venue, they will not be permitted to re-enter. Re-entry exceptions, such as emergencies, childcare, or medical reasons, will be determined on a case-by-case basis by event staff and security.

Sports and Ice Arena Rental

Does the Keystone Centre host public skating?

No, the Keystone Centre does not host public skating. To rent one of our ice rinks, contact us or complete our Ice Rink Rental Request form.

How many ice surfaces does the Keystone Centre have?

The Keystone Centre has three NHL-sized ice surfaces. Westoba Place, the Keystone Centre’s main arena, seats 4,600 for hockey games and is home to the WHL Brandon Wheat Kings. Enns Brothers Arena and Flynn Arena, known as the “twin rinks”, are locate at the north end of the facility.

How do I rent the ice surfaces?

To rent an ice surface/rink, complete the Ice Rink Rental Request form or call 204-726-3522 to speak with a booking agent.

Accessibility

Is the Keystone Centre fully accessible?

Yes. The Keystone Centre is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for our guests.

General Accessibility

The sidewalks serving the Keystone Centre feature curb cuts for wheelchair access. Automatic doors are located at the primary entrances to the facility. Drinking fountains and restrooms throughout the building’s common areas are wheelchair accessible.

Elevators

A passenger elevator is located inside the Keystone Centre and provide access to both upper and lower levels of the building. Elevators are alarm-equipped with a telephone for emergency service, and have accessible tactile Braille call buttons, both inside and outside.

Parking

The Keystone Centre offers our patrons free parking in our 2,500 space lot, complete with accessible spaces.

Restrooms

Our restrooms are fully accessible and have stalls, sinks, and mirrors that are wheelchair accessible.

Service + Companion Animals

Certified guide / service / companion animals are always welcome at the Keystone Centre.

Wheelchairs + Mobility Scooters

Event planners are responsible for providing wheelchairs, motorized mobility scooters, and other non-permanent access accommodations
