Job Duties
- Ensure quality customer service
- Set-up of your bar area, which includes stock and float counts
- Clearing and cleaning of your bar space
- Working events that require bar services

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience is preferred

Concessions Cook/Cook 3 (Part-Time)

The Concessions Cook/Cook 3 position serves as a foundational role within the culinary team, supporting essential kitchen and concessions operations. Responsibilities may include prep work, grilling, or line cooking, with a focus on consistent execution and teamwork. This role is ideal for individuals developing their culinary skills and gaining experience to grow into more advanced positions such as Cook 2 or Cook 1.
Cook 3 contributes to Sodexo Live’s success by upholding high culinary standards for food safety, preparation and presentation. With a focus on quality and consistency, this role helps create memorable dining experiences for guests while supporting overall kitchen excellence.
Job Duties
- Prepare and coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked in a timely, accurate, consistent, and quality manner
- Comply with all established health, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Set up and stock station as directed by Concessions Supervisor or Manager
- Ensure all products are prepared, held, and served at correct temperatures
- Utilize proper recipes, equipment, tools and utensils
- Counting stock before and after service
- Ensure that food is portioned and presented according to standards, as well as guest specifications and preferences
- Employee must have the ability to always walk with non-skid shoes
- Work in collaboration with other concessions and culinary team members to achieve operational objectives
- Adhere to company standards for food quality, taste, flavour and presentation
- Participate in the flow of work within the concessions department to maximize quality and efficiency
- Participate in and foster positive team relations with both front and back of the house staff
- Assist with re-stocking of equipment, supplies and food items as needed
- Work multiple stations throughout a shift, as assigned
- Assist other positions when needed
- Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time
Requirements
- Ability to prepare food in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
- Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors

Warehouse Runner (Part-Time)

Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
Summary
As Warehouse Runner you will support the facility’s logistics operations by moving stock, supplies, materials and equipment in a timely and accurate manner, servicing loading/unloading, storage, distribution to event spaces and support areas. Your role is key to ensuring events, concessions, trade shows, exhibitions and other activities at the Keystone Centre run smoothly.
Job Duties
- Receive shipments (supplies, equipment, materials) and unload deliveries, check them for accuracy and condition
- Move and distribute items to appropriate storage locations, event areas, concession stands, or loading docks
- Assist with setting up and restocking event-related materials: shelving, pallets, boxes, food and beverages
- Support event load-in/load-out operations (e.g. move crates, equipment)
- Maintain storage areas: organize, label, rotate stock (first in/first out where relevant), ensuring cleanliness and order
- Collect and transport waste, recyclables, empty crates or packaging from event spaces back to designated areas
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet jack, hand trucks) safely and efficiently (training provided or required)
- Assist with inventory counts, documentation (e.g. logs of incoming/outgoing items), work with warehouse/operations team to resolve discrepancies
- Adhere to health & safety/WHIMIS/facility and even safety policies; ensuring safe handling of materials
- Be available for shifts as events require; maintain reliable attendance, flexibility, and responsiveness during event periods
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse, logistics, event-support or materials-handling experience is an asset (but not always required)
- Good communication skills (verbal) and ability to work in a face-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to follow instructions, be a team player, and adapt to changing priorities during even setups/take-downs
- Physical ability to perform manual labour: standing/walking for long periods, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling loads (often up to 50 pounds or more, depending on load), climbing/stooping/kneeling as required
- Ability to work flexible ours (including evenings, weekends, event-days)
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment, safe lifting techniques; forklift certification is an asset (if applicable)
- Possession of a valid driver’s license may be required if internal driving is part of the role (e.g. moving items between onsite storage buildings)
- Safety footwear (steel-toed boots) and other PPE as required by the facility
Work Conditions
- Large facility with multiple event spaces; busy and dynamic environment
- Heavy and varied physical tasks – setting up/breaking down events
- May require working during evenings weekends, and non-standard hours to support event schedules
- Indoor and outdoor moving between storage yards/loading docks and event spaces
- May encounter large crowds, noise, and fast turn-around during high-profile events

Job Duties

- Complete bank deposits

- Organizing and filing

- Confer with Office Manager regarding problem areas; make recommendations for increasing efficiency

Requirements
- 18 years or older
