Summary
The Keystone Centre prides itself on providing the very highest quality in facilities with attention to detail, cleanliness, and providing friendly, efficient and accommodating service. The Box Office Supervisor will serve in a leadership role on event days including assisting with customer inquiries, balancing end of shift reports, and ensuring all other box office personnel are successfully executing the Keystone Centre’s customer service standard.
Job Duties
- Be knowledgeable of all upcoming shows, and assist the Director of Marketing & Ticketing in ensuring all staff are knowledgeable of upcoming shows
- Ensure the Keystone Centre Box Office is kept tidy, and presentable
- Selling tickets, at the box office both in-person and by phone
- Responding to patron inquiries at the box office, and by phone
- Be knowledgeable of the Ticketmaster selling platform, on-line selling platform, and mobile ticketing platform in order to assist customers with all inquiries
- Assist the Director of Marketing & Ticketing with reporting, printing & distributing tickets, and posting box office signage when required
- Manage customer service issues, and ticketing inquiries at the Keystone Centre main office front desk during large ticketed events
- Reconciling cash, debit and credit sales each day, and assisting other box office sellers complete their sales when necessary or directed by the Director of Marketing & Ticketing
- Ensure the cash cart (vault) balances at the beginning and end of each shift
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Representing the Keystone Centre in a professional, welcoming, and inclusive manner
- Basic reception duties including welcoming visitors to the facility and directing inquiries to admin staff as required
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing & Ticketing
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience considered an asset
- Computer literacy
- An understanding of cash, debit and credit card sales processing, and settlement
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new computer programs
- Strong math aptitude and ability to attend to detail
- Ability to communicate well, and work as part of a team
- Ability to work evenings and weekends a MUST
Work Conditions
- Busy box office setting.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Interacts with public at large.
- Ability to conduct and attend presentations, and training.
- Overtime may be required dependent on event schedule, including Brandon Wheat Kings WHL games and special events and concerts

Summary

The Box Office Attendant will be responsible for ticket sales, and providing excellent customer service for events, by performing the following duties:
Job Duties
- Opens and/or closes ticket window, as required
- Accurately process ticket orders, payments, and make change
- Sell tickets for regular events, season ticket packages, playoffs and other promotions
- Complete daily sales reports. Accurately reconcile balance sheet of cash, debit/credit sales
- Fills orders for ticket by telephone, handles and will call ticket pick-ups and other related duties as assigned by the Director of Ticketing
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills; responding professionally, promptly, and efficiently to customer service requests and needs
- Able to work independently and handle most box office questions and related tasks with minimal assistance
- Efficiently and courteously answer questions concerning prices, seating, events and related Box Office questions assists co-workers as required
