Perrot-Minot, Charmes Chambertin 1995 Burgundy Blanc much like this winePerrot Minot likes to emphasize his bottling is from the upper reaches of its appellation, bordering Chambertin 92 points Vinous Slightly paler than the Mazoyres. Less forthcoming but finer aromas of raspberry, strawberry, truffle and coffee. Sweet, silky and creamy; intense, juicy red fruit flavors and mineral cut are rather Chambolle like, especially compared to the Mazoyres. A wine of lovely finesse. More flatteur than the Mazoyres.
