Here, inspired by the German Bauhaus movement, the idea of a slatted seat on a coherent frame came into life. The minimalist design is effortless in its expression and does well in most indoor settings. Oak is a sturdy and hardwearing type of wood containing natural tannins that will protect against bacterial growth. As an open grain wood, Oak absorbs colour really well
