Cattle

Stalls

Includes:  Set up for a four day show and access to wash racks

• $38.00 per head/four day show
• Additional days $9.50/day/head
• $5.50/head Clean out environmental fee
• Standard setup applies to above rates; extra steel, customized set ups or last minute changes are subject to a labor fee
• *No bedding provided

Sales Ring

Includes:  Sales ring set up, bleachers, steel, dirt, auction block, house sound

• Canada Room:  $300.00 for sale/show day
• Westoba Ag Centre Show Ring $400.00 for sale/show day

Horse

Stalls

• Box:     $11.50
• Tack:    $11.50
• Ground Fee:    $  7.50  per head (client will be charged for all entered)
• Cleanup Environmental Fee:    $ 11.75  per head

  * Bedding not provided

Show Rings

Rental Includes:  Up to four groomings per day, judges stand and house sound

• Indoor Arena:  $800.00/day  (includes use of practice ring)
• Indoor Practice Ring:  $400.00/day  (as warm-up facility only upon availability)     
• Outdoor Sand:   $300.00/day
• Outdoor Grass:  $200.00/day
• Move in day ½ price arena rental
• Youth Shows:   30% discount on sales ring rental

Grooming

Grooming requirements to be confirmed prior to commencing the show. Grooming by Keystone Centre personal only unless approved by Keystone Centre Management.

Common

Security

Keystone Centre recommends overnight and ingress and egress security for all shows.  Horse shows in excess of 150 animals are required to provide ingress and egress security.  Security must be provided by Keystone Centre approved supplier.  Lessee responsible for the cost.

Shavings

• $7.50 per bag

Electrical Power Drops

• $25.00 per drop

Sound

• House sound included in rental, additional sound requirements as per quote
• A fee of $200.00 will be charged for any lost/missing microphones

Camping

• Onsite camping available at $18.00 per night, includes electricity

Show Office

• Included in rental
• Arrangements can be made for live phone lines at client’s expense
• Radios are available for rental through the Keystone Centre sales office
• There is a $50.00 fee for any unreturned keys

Contact Information

All stalls must be labeled with participant’s name, preferred veterinarian and phone number for after hour emergencies
